What We Will Be Doing

The Mutapa Council is dedicated to concrete, implementable outcomes.

Our activities include:

Strategic Planning and Policy Development
Develop actionable recommendations for infrastructure rehabilitation and modernization.
Identify priority projects to stimulate economic growth and job creation.
Craft inclusive policies that address the needs of diverse communities across Zimbabwe.
Host virtual (Zoom) meetings and in-person gatherings to present ideas, share perspectives, and network.

Develop agendas and coordinated plans that align with national priorities and community needs.
Invite ongoing input from chiefs, community organizations, business leaders, faith groups, and civic representatives.
Establish clear milestones, timelines, and performance indicators for funded initiatives.
Create opportunities for collaboration among government, civil society, and private sector stakeholders.
