What We Will Be Doing

The Mutapa Council is dedicated to concrete, implementable outcomes.

Our activities include:

  • Strategic Planning and Policy Development
  • Develop actionable recommendations for infrastructure rehabilitation and modernization.
  • Identify priority projects to stimulate economic growth and job creation.
  • Craft inclusive policies that address the needs of diverse communities across Zimbabwe.
  • Host virtual (Zoom) meetings and in-person gatherings to present ideas, share perspectives, and network.
  • Develop agendas and coordinated plans that align with national priorities and community needs.
  • Invite ongoing input from chiefs, community organizations, business leaders, faith groups, and civic representatives.
  • Establish clear milestones, timelines, and performance indicators for funded initiatives.
  • Create opportunities for collaboration among government, civil society, and private sector stakeholders.
