- Meetings are tentatively scheduled; a confirmation email will be sent once the time is secured.
- The confirmation email will outline who will be available on the Zoom call and provide a comprehensive agenda of topics to be discussed.

- Exact date and time (tentative, subject to confirmation)
- Zoom meeting link and access details
- Names of attendees who will join the call
- A detailed outline of discussion topics and objectives
- Any preparatory materials or documents to review beforehand
How to request a meeting
- Complete the meeting request form with your preferred date, time window, and topics.
- Submit the form for review.
- You will receive a tentative scheduling confirmation via email, followed by a final confirmation once approved.
- If needed, adjustments or changes to the appointment can be requested after the confirmation is sent.
